In 2008, at the beginning of the global economic crisis, the growth rate of cement decreased to 102.5%. However, in 2009 the world had produced over 3 billion tons of cement, which is 7.7% higher than in the previous year. In this paper, the significance of application-oriented fundamental research on concrete and reinforced concrete structures for progress regarding practical applications to structural design is addressed based on four examples. They were treated in a joint research project of Vienna University of Technology and Tongji University. The materials testing, workability, compressive and tensile strength of concrete were examined at 7th, 14th and 28th day of curing of M20 grade of concrete. They examined that the results are comparatively good by replacing partially with natural sand. The replacement of quarry dust up to 45% gives better result. In this research paper an experimental study is carried out to investigate the recycling of demolished waste concrete for new contraction. This research included a collecting a Demolished Concrete from waste and is separated with different sizes using sieve analysis.
