About the event
This course has been designed for you to gain the basic understanding of aerial yoga and to supply you with a tool kit to assist you in getting started on your aerial yoga teaching journey.
Upon finishing the weekend you will be mentored as you work through your practice teaching and observation hours. You will have an online video library that will guide you through our F.L.Y. Aerial beginners yoga flow and yin class.
Classes will take place at Connemara Meadow Nature Preserve with lecture hours at Lifetime McKinney Craig Ranch.
