Join us for our first "Breathing Space" Yoga Retreat!
As Covid-19 brings ever-changing circumstances and uncertain times, we place more stress on our already overworked minds and bodies. One way to relieve some of this stress is through mindful practice of meditation and yoga. Learn how to set intentions for the new year by reconnecting to yourself and creating balance in your life. This retreat is perfect if you are new to yoga and meditation or would like to deepen your current practice. Enjoy a weekend full of relaxation, yoga, meditation and workshops. All activities are optional. Additional charges apply for a private bedroom or bath. The price includes shared accommodation (2-nights), all workshops, yoga, meditation, continental breakfast and wine reception (Fr & Sa).
We are renting the beautiful property "Retreat in the Pines", located just an hour and a half outside of Dallas. This space offers comfortable accommodations, a private indoor yoga room, and 30 acres of outdoor space to explore. View images of the property here >
